help me i'm stuck and can't figure this silly thing out

i've uploaded the game and i've got my login and everything but i can't figure out how to get the game to pop up, what am i doin wrong... i've tried getting into it via the internet and the outspark launcher but no cigar HELP!!!

The game should load after you enter your email and password on the launcher. It should then bring up a choice of servers. You click one, click Join, then Create a character and click on Enter. If it's not working like that, you'll probably need to try a reinstall. If that still doesn't work, contact a csr or look through their FAQ section. http://outspark.custhelp.com/app/answers/list It's found in the Support tab at the top of the forum pages.

the game should load automatically, but if it didnt, I would suggest reinstalling =D

i've tried uploading it three times and it just does the same thing everytime, i'm getting the patch and everything, the screen pulls up a x-trap(pinky_2009)_2748 icon on the bottom right of my screen for a split second and the window closes out like i'm hitting the x button on the top right of the window nothing else happens

It could be that your anti-virus and/or firewall is blocking Fiesta. Disable those and see if it works then.

my screen pops up a application error now that says "the instruction at "0x10008ab3" referenced memory at "0x000002c0". the memory could not be "read". click ok to terminate program" i disabled the auto-protect on my antivirus and i don't have a firewall on my computer

Have you tried the reinstall yet? Sounds like you might have a corrupted file. That sometimes happens during the download of large files.

Also, what anti-virus and OS are you running? Are you in North America? (Yes, that may have some relevance due to IP bans on other continents.)

You can also try getting some help through the Troubleshooting section of the forums. They might know a bit more. :)

Oh, one more question. Are you running anything else when you're trying to load Fiesta? Other games may interfere with it.

i googled x trap, which is what i'm thinking keeps booting me off, apparently it keeps finding malicious code i'm downloading some software that will kill off most of my spyware and i'll try again if not i'm thinking of completly rebooting my whole system and starting fresh, but i'll see ya'll on the site!! i'm excited i can't wait to play... i have norton anti-virus and i don't have a firewall as far as i know (i disabled it earlier) and yes i'm rooted in north america

If that still doesn't work, contact a CSR. It might take a couple of days to get a reply, though, since they're pretty busy. But they'll have more of the technical know how about stuff.

The second page of this thread has some more info, but I've never had to run SharpLauncher. Maybe you could ask them for more details about it? http://www.outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=235033

They'll need to know if you're running vista or xp, too.
