well i saw 4classes, and i cant choose cos i've never play a mmorpg and i saw this on youtube and it looked good for a free mmorpg so which class is best? for a new player, and erm does alot of damage defence and ranged attacks e.t.c please answer me :) i would be happy if you did. and any advice for lvling would be appriciated and i saw PvP vids and i want to pvp cos it looks fun :)

Fighters have a lot of defense and attack, but they are close-ranged. They have a lot of spammable skills. They are very versatile and can be built to take damage or deal damage, or even sometimes both. If you want to pvp, this is a good choice.
Clerics have high defense, but low attack and are close-ranged. Until a high level, they have 1~2 attack skills. They are awesome at surviving, but cannot solo very well. Pvp will be hard but possible.
Mages are magic damage powerhouses, but they die very easily and are ranged. They require skill and timing on their spells but do insane damage and have very cool looking animations. If you want to pvp with these, remember that Mages die pretty easily. Other than that, you probably could pvp.
Archers have DoTs(damage over times) which as their name says, do damage to monsters(or people if you're pvp-ing) over time. Most or all of those skills are able to be used while running. They have more defense than mages, but still die very easily. They can solo very well starting from level 51 when they get their second AoE(area of effect) skill. I'm not very sure on their standing in pvp, but I'm pretty sure that they're better than clerics.

mhhh i thats got me thinking about either a fighter or a archer :/ cos archers have their dots for pvp which are good but fighters have damage and hp

a Good starting class is a fighter... you can choose up to 4 characters on 1 server so 1 of each class
