Problem with KingdomQuest List

I don't konw if this thread is right here but I'm a little frustrated:
I have a little problem with my KingdomQuest list. It's a little hard to explain this in english but I try it:
I can't see the KQ list. I click the Kingdom button or speak with the Town Chief but the List doesn't come.
A few days ago I shifted the List down out of the game window and since I can't shift it back and go into a KQ. I didn't do this on purpose. :(
Please help me.

This is a bug in the quest system. We are well aware of it, and are working to fix this issue. Please bare with us while we come to a resolution.

Ok, I have deleted my Character and Creat on this place a new with the same name. But it doesn't work. This Cha sits on the stairs. Only on this position the KQ list doesn't work. I hope this information helps you.

I have luck because this isn't my main Cha.
So I wait patient for your solution. :)
