ok im going to do this method. we are going to find out each step of this sticky ok. [i check and see comments every day or less than a day]..So lets start with step 1
STEP 1:delete all temporary files and all temporary Internet files. If you don't know how to do this, here is a helpful video that explains it. This was made using Windows XP and it's very similar to Vista. Vista users should be able to figure it out: :

lets work this out toghter. we need to delete some things like all the internet files and temporary files use the two copy links[they have a question mark next 2 the whole senstance].
