Extraction issue

Ok so, I have DLed the client and have the zipped Fiesta folder, but every time i try to extract, copy, run, or do anything to the files the window completely freezes. What am i doing wrong here?????

The game file should not a zipped file. That is the issue. Please download it directly from our site. It should be a .exe file.
