yah just wanted to get this guy off the gifting streets didnt really know what to do with this screenshot and if it should be in this section of forums but yah any staff please punish this guy for trying to gift and dont punish me i dont want to be gifted and am not trying to gift im just weeding out gifters like <Removed> also if any staff wants anymore screen shots of other people attemting to gift i have plenty msg me. thanks

Blacklisting is against the forum rules, I'd suggest you remove the screenshot and maybe send a ticket to a CSR, though I doubt anything would be done.

Basically, at the top there is a link called, "Support."

Click on that, then select "FAQ."
Select "Contact a CSR." It may have you log in again.
Fill out the ticket to the best of your ability. List the date it occurred and any other circumstances involved.
Attach the screen shot and select submit.

It will ask you if any of these extra links would help instead- which they won't, since you're submitting a player issue.

Select "continue" or whatever it is, and proceed. You will receive an email (at the email address linked to this forum account) telling you the ticket has been received. You will in about 2-4 days receive another email telling you the matter has been resolved/looked into- so on so forth.

That's the essential breakdown of submitting a ticket.
