job promotion glitch-- need help

i just turned my alt to lvl 20 and doing the job promotion quest but somehow the shadow that is suppose to attack me or say something doesnt move nor say anything and when i reached the final stage of promo where there are golems i killed everything but the my shadows doesnt move still and i cant attack it as well and he has 0 hp this is a major bug for promotion quest can anyone help me get through promotion please? i wanna lvl my mage..

gotta be a big bug too small for an ordinary newspaper to smack it...unfortunately we cannot help you guys, so quickly submit a ticket about the issue if you haven't yet :3

It's been like this for awhile, hopefully they can come up with a fix for it soon

I hope so too.I mean there's sooo much fun waiting for them after the first jobchange :D

One tipp: Take the Tower quests from Maria BUT DON'T do them untill you get lvl 40, just collect them in your questlist. Once you are lvl 40, get a good party and teach those tower monsters a lesson :D. If you want to be good players knowing how to properly use their characters -and not wanting to suffer with the 4x quests-, then please, do that once you finished your jobchange.* Thank you ~


*You see ever since that tower was implemented, players are leveling too fast and are causing a lot of trouble at higher levels. Not everyone, but the majority, people who claimed 'nah come on I know what I must do' and yet they have no idea. So do the ordinary quests, do Kingdom Quests, grind a lot and only at 4x, do the Tower quests ;)
