stupid 20 job change quest

ok i try to do the job change quest. and i do everything right and when i enter the place theres always this other character right next to where my shadow spawns. then my shadow spawns but he doesnt do anything! doesnt say anything. and i cant attack him. i tried relogging. i tried shutting the game down but nothing works! what do i do? please help

Same here!
When I warped in, there was an army of different chars (mostly mages) lining up. I couldn't attack my clone. I ignored it and continued on and able to get to the last part. Some random chars waited at the entrance. My clone spawn; I still couldn't attack it (we had a staring contest -.-) but I can attack those stone goblins. >.<

guys report it to outspark. go to outspark and click support then click contact csr i did that we need more so they will fix it asap :)

Hm, I think I'll get a char to 20 and see if I can get the quest to work. I know I got one of my chars past 20 recently, so maybe the problem has something to do with accounts. I'll post up the results when I get there. I think I have a few chars getting close to 20, so hopefully this won't take long.

I completed promotion yesterday with no problems. It looks like random glitch.. one day you get it, next day you're lucky

I was able to finish it this morning. The army was still there but I could attack my shadow. It's all good. ^.^

This is an ongoing issue. It's been fixed, and broke at least three time.

There will be another fix tomorrow for this problem.

i did it today. the shadow ran off and then came back a few minutes later. i had no problems with it.
