Depends on what your gonna do most. Soloing = STR/END healing = SPR(or max critical and max SP)... Full STR for maximum damage or Full END for maximum defense :/.. or split all 3.

most favorable build is end based, with 25pts in SPR for magic def and crit (even if you solo this is a good thing to have)

here's some info:
1pt in str = 1.2 pts dmg. soooo +5str = +6dmg

end increases defense, shield block rate, and hp.
spr increases magic def, spr points, and crit (+0.2% per point up to +25pts, where it drops to +0.1% per pt)

Solo: 25 Spirit, rest Endurance.
Healer: 25 Spirit, rest Endurance.
Damage Dealer: Mage.
Pure will not die until out of SP: Full Endurance.

Strength.... No.


That all said, I find an amount of endurance early on is most rewarding. Say 10 endurance before adding spirit, if you add spirit at all.
