Outspark launcher error

it says

in outspark.exe.log

Just happened to me its been working fine the past days

IndexError: list index out of range

when i start the launcher it first said searching for update, then the picture showed and it says applying patch... i left it alone for a couple hours to eat and i came back with it still saying this. i exited the program and it referenced me to the file path a document saying this. i've tried reinstalling it a couple times also with the same results.

thank you in advance for showing the problem some attention and even more thanks if it's something i'm just doing wrong and anyone can help me with it.
