When you level to 20 level

Hello, im new in the forum.And i don't know if some one has posted the same discusion like mine but ill try ;).
Ok i have an idea about when you reach 20 level ... And it is:
When you reach 20 level all youre stats to reset and the stat point's to take them again ... I mean like to fill the stat point's again.And to get free items when you reach 20 level.Like now i reached 20 level and like the 30 days smoking and to get one free set +1 or other.Or when you reach 31 level then all youre stat point's to reset and get full set +1.

It's pretty straightforward- the OP wants a full stat reset free at level 20, and a full reset plus full set of +1 gear at level 30 or 31.

Since they give out 10 points of stat reset already at 30, and make money selling stat reset pills/scrolls otherwise, I don't see it happening. *shrug*
