Help where do i have to go to class change im already lvl 20 and i can't equip weapons and armors for the the next class.

The little "Quest Duck" should have told you to see someone in Elderine for a quest once you hit 20. One of the 4 class NPC's in the middle square. follow that quest line until you do the "Shadow Dungeon" once it is complete you can wear the armor/weapons.( If, your class quest isn't broken)
