Is there any point to guildwars?

I am in a passive guild and was wondering:
What is the point? it seems to me that people are just loosing exp and taking it too seriously. I might do PVP, exept for the hard feelings that it spawns.

You are not losing exp when you get killed in GW, but i agree with the serious part. In the 10+ GWs i participated i got many "*****" messages.

I think GW are just for fun, you can mess with other players.

guild wars are to show whos guild is better it for bragging rights and plus its fun trying to kill somebody cuz its somebody else on the other side trying to do the same to u
