I don't see what that screenshot is trying to tell us Oo just show you saying you're reporting him for hacking which you'll need proof of and him saying you're teasing him. That's blacklisting as well which isn't allowed on the forums.

and if you have any problems or need to report someone, contact Customer Service. Click Support on the Outspark homepage then click the Contact a CSR tab. you'll get an answer in atleast 7 business days (excluding weekends if you don't know what a business day is)

I'm explaining what was wrong with the screenshot and what he needs to do to improve his evidence and punish this person if the person is doing what he/she is claiming to be doing. what's wrong with that?

with the second paragraph, alot of people don't know how to report someone or what to do when they have a problem. what's wrong with a little lesson in finding the Support button?
