Does anyone know how the party mechanics actually works?

You get 10% or 20% for having all four classes in your party. Another 10%-or 20% for having filled all eight spots. There is a bonus for having a xenian in the party, but that is useless now.

Plus it gets easier for Acolytes to pull off buffs and heals, along with quick-trade among members in the party. You share exp from slain monsters as well.

I apologize for reviving such an old thread but I stumbled upon this while doing some research on party mechanics. I do have question in regards to experience sharing.
Are experiences gained shared evenly amongst all players in the party (of the same area of course) or do experiences divide according to the levels of the party members?
And wouldn't it be haxed if we have a stronger character killing mobs while the weaker ones rest at the safe zone? Haha... Not that I'm complaining... Just wondering...

During closed beta their website said that there's also a 10% bonus for every party member except the leader. The class-combination bonuses are additional bonuses on that. I never really got down to test it, though.
