If its in the train station, get over it. Theres not many deer. People always ks. Sure, its not the 'right' thing to do. But gimme a break. Posting a thread in the forums blacklisting for someone killing your deer is a little over the top.

If it's in Santa's workshop or at the north pole express station it is allowed. The GMs have stated before ks in these lair is unavoidable and not punishable. If it happens in normal maps then just report it to CSR with a screenshot attached for proof.
Blacklisting is not allowed on the forums.

While we appreciate your concern for other players, please do not create threads in order to bring negative attention to other users. This is considered Blacklisting.
We do not allow Blacklisting of other users because it can cause unwanted attention and unjust harassment towards other users. Harassment of any kind, whether the accused has done something wrong or not, is not tolerated here at Outspark. Also, it is very easy for someone to come here and claim someone has done something, such as KSing, Scamming, etc, when they really have not done any of those things.
If you see someone in-game you believe to be doing something wrong, please feel free to report it to a CSR privately by submitting a ticket.
Thank you.
