Quest drop rates

Not sure if anyone else feels this way, but it seems like the items that you need for quests almost never drop. Example: one of my characters is now level 23 and I've only managed to get 7 cherries in that time (for quests like Meshroni's- who wants 10, and I forget the other guy's name, but he wants 5) And I've just about given up hope on the squash and mushroom quest, forget about collecting 20 of each, I've been saving mine all along and I don't even have half of each yet. So I've pretty much given up on the quests that you're supposed to collect items and have just been killing monsters or doing the delivery-type quests.

haha actually to me it seems like when your on a quest your item never drops but when your not doing a quest those items Do drop lol

Haha, that's true. I didn't accept the quest for the fairy stones or whatever on the second character I made, and it seemed like I got one with every drop. Guess I should drop all my quests and collect items that way, huh? lol :D

What drops squash and spotted mushrooms? I'm thinking about saving up and buying from other players, but its really expensive considering the quest doesn't even give you enough to buy 1 of the veggies, let alone 20...

They should let YWM drop.. a TINY bit more. :(
