Cleric is the upgraded battlemaiden of a Predictor. A stage two in the Predictor-line.
You are thinking of Acolyte, which is a basic healer with buffs.
Predictors goes into close quarters, pounds things with his/her mace while using self-buffs and Assist heal.
Predictors= Mixed fighter.
Acolyte= Healer/buffer with minor offensive spells.
Cleric= Upgraded Predictor with AoE spells and new ways of hunting.
Clergy= Upgraded Acolyte with more healing spells.
