Bug or hack!?!?!?

i was buying a lvl50 +9 staff and a girl in game was traded me one , i gived 4.1g and some mage items lvl 60 and she gived the staff , she acept i acept and when the trade was over , i look at my bag and no staff, no money,no lvl60 items , and in final she said "THX:D" , what do i do now!?!?

at the fiesta site there is a button to "support" there u find a button "submit a ticket to a csr" or something =P

it looks more like you got scammed Oo did you pay VERY close attention to both of your trade boxes? she might have taken out the staff last second or didn't put it in the box at all. when you trade with someone you need to pay attention

try whispering this person and see what happened

Oh, Famous told me about this when it happened.
He means that he put a 2 gem price on it but he only got 2 gold which is some kind of glitch or something.
It wasn't a mistake.
It was actually in his store for 2 gem.
I didn't see the person who bought it but I did see it in his shop for 2 gem which I though was double what it was worth but I thought he was just showing it off.
I told him that he needs to tell a CSR about it but he is not all that great about correspondence.
Yes, someone needs to investigate this because something is definitely wrong.

Could someone please help him out?
Maybe a GM or a CSR.

this one sounds like my bug today. Except I had a store open and recieved silver for goods that were marked in gold. and no one was near me when stuff started leaving the shop.

Not sure what outspark can really do about it. After my store got robbed yesterday I went on the net doing goggle searches to see if anyone was reporting this kinda of thing. I didn't find this particular scam but I did see where several dozen people ( some going by names I've reported as using bots) are actually teaching people how to hack the game. I think it's rediculous for people to pay real money to buy SC or to invest time into earning in game money when hackers are free to rip us off and use bots to get ahead unfairly. I also can't help but notice how slow outspark has been in responding to my request for assistance in my store being hacked even though I provided them with a ss of the person I think is responsible.
