A Big Question About Turn Job

I hear some people they cant turn job when they reached lv 66 (rogue to felon) and some other jobs too ? is this true? i just want to make sure of it...well if its true then when we can turn into 2nd job on closed beta server ?:confused:

the server willl most likely be wiped for open beta, but they will probably have much more of the game filled out for it...followed by another wipe likely for the actual release.

The second advancement for any class has not been implemented into Closed Beta and probably won't ever be put in. However, expect to see them during Open Beta.
