Why wont it let me do X-mas quest 2wice

So I completed the x-mas quest and got the slime head, People are saying you can do it multiple times but Kyle never gave me the quest a second time, An I the only person this is happening to?

You don't do the same one multiple times on one character. You don't need to, since the slime head is permanent and isn't tradable or storable. However, you can do it once on each character, and the storage keepers in Roumen, Elderine, and Uruga each have their own version of the quest. The items needed to complete the quest are the same, but each quest gives a different reward, and you can do each quest from each storage keepers once on every one of your characters. At least, that's the way it was last year, and since the quests this year seem to be the exact same ones I'm assuming everything I said applies to this years quests as well.

I think only the Uruga one may be able to do multiple times since the item is 7 days hat.

I only got the uruga one once, and didnt bother doing the others cuz I allredy done em last year :x
