my id and pw wont be accepted!

help! i do everything right now but when im at the login with id and password it wont accept it.... but the other steps before there were no problems at all >.<

Try the "Forgot Password" page. Perhaps you have been mistyping your pwd.

This must be extremely frustrating!

Remember that The account ID and PASSWORD are case sensitive.
So,
If your password was FiestaRockZ you would have to enter it exactly like that! Not: FiestarockZ or fiestarockz. ONLY the EXACT way you entered it.
Same for email.
