All black

Help plz. I followed all the instructions in installation, but after I entered my character there's only black on my game screen. What should I do...Pls help me!!!

Close the game out completely and relaunch from desktop icon. I get this problem once in awhile and so far restarting has been my only fix.

The graphic issue you are experiencing is with your graphic drivers. In order to play Secret of the Solstice you must have the latest version of Open GL drivers. Please go to this link to download the latest Open GL drivers. Also please make sure that your PC is within the Minimum System Requirements.

Nothing you said was wrong, what the other guy said was wrong. You insulted no one. If after a couple of restarts the game still is not working try what the GM said to do.

I tried the Intel driver and downloaded it. But still nothing happens...I'm confused because the only problem is the screen or graphics. You can still hear the music, sounds and the cursor is working good...

I'm so frustrated!!! If I don't get this right maybe I won't get to play this game....

Maybe it is time to list all your system specs so people smarter than me can help you diagnose the problem. List video card,ram,system and see if that helps.

Hey.. I just started and am having the same problem... one thing i noticed in your post, was that you were'nt sure which driver to download... heres what I did, and I feel rather confident it might help you... First, I figured out the Model of my computer.. (its a laptop so an upgraded graphics card isn't exactly an option for me...) So i did a search for my model, read on there what video card comes with it (turns out its an Nvidia go 7 something) then i went to the Nvidia drivers section... and searched for the 7 series... am now downloading the driver... and will post again to let u know how it goes.
