Sorry, but this is blacklisting and a wrong way to report someone.

Try reporting them to Outspark by using the Contact a CSR form on the Support (http://support.outspark.com/) page.

First i'll start off by telling you that you can blacklist. Secondly, you can't talk much either. You always trashtalk in fbz1. I mean ALOT. I don't know why i didn't reported you yet. I will soon.

I understand your pain, but do remember this is just a game. Don't allow a person who insults you bring you down.
But, As mentioned above, you cannot say other players names in a negative way on the forums due to Blacklisting. Ran pretty much said it all. Follow the link in his quote.

You are correct, blacklisting is not allowed in any way, shape, or form. But you contradict yourself in your above post. You say "You can't talk much either" and continued on about how you SHOULD report this person, and at the same time you say "Close this thread. Flames will start."
This technique is something called "Talk&Walk"
You say what you feel is necessary (which may cause flames within a thread post) and then leave saying "This should be closed so flames don't start." When initially, you are the one causing the flames in the first place.
The way you "attacked" the OP should have been taken to PM or avoided all together. Yes its clear that this person is either young or not English, but that doesn't mean they don't have feelings. If you are going to report them, then do it. But don't make it public. Try and keep the peace on the Forums, don't take the peace, throw it on the ground, step on it several times, and then kick it off a bridge! (:
