Vanished char

I had a level 77/78 archer, and it disappeared, as well as all the contents within my storage.

If you look at my account history, there was a deposit of $20 last year which I had spent on that character for levelling it up. Earlier this year I played a little, but then took another break. I came back a month ago and notice everything was empty on the same account, and figured I could have mistakenly made a new account till I looked at the history.

I want my character back, or I want my money back. I worked hard on that character, and it pisses me off that it just disappeared. I need to get something for it.....

I have been working on a new character you see on the server called XTOFury, it is approaching level 60, though I must admit if I had the things I had in storage I wouldn't have a shortage of kron and if I had my higher level character it'd be easier to find item drops for my new char.

Can someone help me with this issue please?

Are you sure you looked at the right server? According to your profile you have a lvl 60 scout on Adeline called StealthC, and a lvl 59 Apprentice on Marian called XTORage. Seems like you returned and started over on Marian without realizing it.

ugh that sucks so the order was reversed, and the data is not shared between servers.... :(
is that because I moved to the west coast from the east coast?

The servers switched places shortly after Marian was opened i believe and has remained like that. When marian first opened up Adeline was first, but only for simplicity to give people a chance to get used to there being multiple servers, after that it was switched so that the flow of new comers go to Marian.
