Staff or wand

Witch one staff or wand.

Persoanlly i like teh accuracy of a staff and the way it looks, but the power and increase atck speed of a wand would helpfull. A wand has like 25%+ more tech(magic...newbs, tech is a gernal term used for any skills any class gets) power and like 5%more melle atck power. Witch one?
