It is a little harsh that they froze your account. They should freeze it for like 15 or 30 days at the most and then if you do something like that again they can freeze it permanetly

As for the matter at hand, GMs are in charge of making use the game is safe, enjorayble, and fun. This means banning people, deleting accounts, and starting/controlling events. So they are busy about 90% of the time. In simple terms, you'll be lucky if they have time to talk to you. With power comes responsibility, and he is responsible for dealing with things such as this in the appropriate manner. You just happened to be the one causing the trouble, and so he dealt with it justly.
