Is magic always HIT?
does a skill has reset?
what build are commonly used by a fighter?

your first question makes no sense
theres no point in resetting skills as your not limited in how many skills you have (except you can only use those for your class of course)
the common build for fighter is pure POW

I dont know about magician skills, but i know when i use attack skills with my aco my skills do "miss"......if thats what you ment

- Every offensive skill may miss, but theํr effects might be different. Time Shield misses its target, and yet slows it down.
- The only way to reset a skill(who would want to do that? :/) is by using a lower levelled skill book.
- Fighters goes pure POW.

About fighters, there's also the Full Tank. Power fighters (STR) tend to be considered soloists while Tank fighters (END) tend to be for parties, with plenty of hybrids in between.

From what I have noticed magic attacks can miss but the effect still triggers and causes no argo. So if i cast ice and only the effect hits it, mob will still be moving slow but wont be chasing you.
