Items Bound to Character?!

So this is pissing me off, I have some Mara badges (quest item) and Fire ball scrolls (another quest item) that i cant get off of my character because its "bound" to it. I understand that, later, I'll get a quest that will take those from me, but theres another problem to this bondage thing:
1. I got to lvl 20
2. I bought a Revive scroll from one of the NPCs
3. I did this quest and I got ANOTHER Revive scroll.

My problem is that its bound to me and i cant think of any way to get rid of it (and yes I tryed to use it). I have no Idea what to do, is anyone else haveing this problem?

Open your inventory, drag it out and it'll ask if you want to discard it. Since it's a quest item, i think it'll be destroyed instead of being dropped. Most quest items can't be sold at all to NPCs i think.

Is there a way i dont have to waste it, like selling it in a vendor?

As I sad before, I tried myself and couldn't sell certain quest items to vendors, even though I'd get 0copper in return... which seems like the same thing either way.
For example, I bought a revive scroll and earned anotehr one from a quest. I destroyed it coz i couldn't sell it, since I already learned the skill.

i cant go on my dude and i just got him to lvl 20 for the quest and this stupid pop up keep on popping up on me says like freaken runtime error and i forgot the rest ...
