Well im new here, and i downloaded the fiesta client, then I installed, all ok.
But when i open the launcher it appears a windows and says Loading and down says unable to connect to server, and i cant login, what happen!?, help please...

We are aware of the issue, and are currently working on a fix for this issue.
I have a work around that I used at home....
If the patch is not successful, keep trying until it works. It took me 5-8 times at home before it finally worked. The patch is timing out when contacting our server. This work around is a force install work around. It may or may not work. This work around is also not 100% guaranteed to work, but you may want to try it. Also please restart the PC after a successful download and install.
The issue with the launcher can be resolved by manually downloading and installing the patch. Please save to your desktop, and install it from your desktop. Here is a link that will help.
