Hmm, it was my understanding that this version of Fiesta catered to the US, Mexico, and Canadian regions. For that matter there are a lot of users who do not live in the US. I've seen a few from Australia, Malaysia, the Netherlands, etc. This is a very diverse community.

That aside, the banner ads from what I'm aware, aren't necessarily chosen by Outspark. They also tend to differ depending on user location.
