How do you sell items?

You mean to other players? You can barter personally with the player through the trade option (always make sure he has put the correct amount of money before you accept the transaction), or you can set up a store through the vendor command. For this one you have to leave Fiesta running but you can't do anything while the store is set up, except talk through the chat channel.

Now if you meant NPC selling, just go to any NPC that sells you something (Stone Seller, Skill Seller, Item Seller, Etc) and right click the item you want to sell from your inventory.
