Mean Giant Honeying Kingdom Quest

Hello, I am a level 44 Archer in Epith Server. I can participate in the Mean Giant Honeying Quest but I NEVER got through the loading page so I cannot attempt the quest at all...Is is a bug or do I have to be in a specific area to successfully load into the quest?

Make sure that before you warp you are not looking at a vendor or purchasing/selling to an NPC, or trading with someone else.
