I dont remember if its the third or 4th quest for that place, but It will not allow me to accept the quest, I am able to read the quest up to wher eu go to accept but then i can accept, or decline >.> (Bijou server)

Hmoob? I've seen you in GH Kqs.
GH 3 is a known bug, It's being fixed and many threads has been made of this.
