Disconnected like crazy!

I've been having a disconnection problem for the few days.

Yesterday, I was disconnected when my main was trying to use the portal between Collapsed Prison and Scaffold Execution Ground (this means the screen freezes in 'Now Loading').

This morning, I went back on my main. I logged in and tried to access the same portal, but I was disconnected again, stuck on 'Now Loading' screen. I tried to re-log, however, this time I could not access my main. My screen froze on 'Connecting to Server' (screen where you choose your characters).

From time to time, I can log on my main and move around CP, however, I keep getting disconnected if I use any portal or scroll. To add to this crazy problem, I can access Elderine with no problems. No one else in the map seems to be experiencing my disconnection frenzy ><. This has not happened before...at least not to this extent.

P.S. This only happens with my main - other characters seem to be working fine.

EDIT: A new account I made got disconnected while trying to access KQ, and now this character cannot log in.

I was able to log in this morning, but when I tried KQ, it d/c. Now I am stuck on the 'Connecting to the Server' screen.

See if you can teleport somewhere else if you are unable to exit that place and come back in. If it only happens on your main it has to either be just luck or it is a problem specific to that character. If that doesn't work I recommend contacting someone in support to see if there is some sort of error that is causing that to happen. I currently can't log into my main right now because somehow I got in a situation to where I couldn't move, so my screen turns blue and the game closes when I log in on THAT character only. So problems with specific characters are possible. Let us know how it turns out.

Thanks for your reply. So far, I can only log in a few times a day, because once you disconnect the first time, you get the, 'Connecting to server' error :(. Therefore, I haven't the opportunity to experiment much. Here is my limited research:

Disconnecting Error Scenario:

1. If I join a Kingdom Quest, my screen freezes on the, 'Now Loading' screen
2. If I use an Uruga Scroll, my screen freezes like above
3. Goblin Camp portal disconnects me like above
4. Scaffold Execution Ground disconnects me like above

So far, I know that I only disconnect whilst trying to access certain maps.

Scenarios where I do not disconnect

1. If I die, I safely get teleported back to Elderine
2. I can access the Elderine portal
3. I can use accounts on other servers without being disconnected

Perhaps my computer does not like Apoline? I can tell that it's not character specific as both my main and a new character I made have experienced this phenomenon :eek:.

Things that are in common with these two characters are:

1. Same server
2. Same academy (A mutation of the Guild bug :confused:)

I have a feeling it's my internet connection...but the fact that I don't disconnect on other servers seems fishy to me :(. Will renewing my DNS help? I don't know what it will do...

Wow, I don't know why, but everything is back to normal...I suppose it was a matter of waiting...Maybe someone should look into this - why does it happen in the first place :(

lol. It's what I call a mystery error. Crazy things happen for a few hours, days, with no reason, then go back to normal. I blame windows. ^_^

Just for experiment sake, anyone who has this problem go to www.speedtest.net and post your results here. We need to make sure it isn't the ISP's that are causing that problem.

I get some awful lag...then my char warps backwards and I d/c sometimes >.<
