What's with the XP change?

Has anyone noticed the XP change? I was attacking the flying Greenbly things or something and they were giving me 11 xp each. Nice xp for my level, but I still got hurt lots and had to heal like every 5 - 10 minutes. When I got on today, they only gave me like, 4. Now, the only thing I can fight worth any xp without dying, it King Jokery's, the floating green guys in the Forest of Mists. And I have to use a potion every time I attack one. What's up? Now it's SO much harder to xp and level. %80 percent of the things I attack give me either no xp, or maybe 1. =/ Oh, at the King Jokery guys used to give me like 85 xp. =0

That was a X3 xp and drop event.. it's gone now back to regular.
