Stuck in Roumen

I am stuck on the stairs in Roumen, my character appears to be running, but wont move. Jumping dont help, if i could get someone to help me, or tell me how to get out of the spot i am in, it would be greatly appreciated

If you have a roumen return scroll then use it to teleport out.
