My pc is having a problem with applying the patch when it starts up... I can type my Outspark ID and my Password but it never finish loading the patch and the login button stays gray... i'm a attach a copy of the file it says to check for details on the problem.. it will be saved in the zip folder attached.... if so can anyone help me with whats wrong...

The issue with the launcher can be resolved by manually downloading and installing the patch. Please save to your desktop, and install it from your desktop. Here is a link that will help.
