error 401 plz help me

well i already create mu account, i received the validation mail ,but i tried to get logged whit the name account and the pass but i cant , said that "there a problem lggin you in (error 401) but my username and pass are correct.

please help

some times when you try to log on it pops up with the 401 message. simply close the window and re-launch the program that usually fixes the log in problem for me
