Well... the reason you see GMs a lot more and helping you guys out in Fiesta with cool events, awarding items, spawning monsters, hosting pvp tournaments etc.... is because that's exactly what they should be doing! :) They're kind of the front line guys that are here to watch over you and as someone said "give you that warm fuzzy feeling."

CSRs are to handle support issues via email and PMs doing a lot of investigative work directly dealing with other departments such as the Development Team, Quality Assurance Dept. etc. in order to resolve technical or account issues. We rarely handle game play issues which is why you will never see me hosting events, or giving items out because that's for the GMs :P Yup you won't see me as much, but I have a character on each server of every game in Outspark and I assure you whether or not you see me in action... I'm helping everyone out as much as I can.

This isn't a post to brag or try to justify that one job is better, it's merely a clarification of our roles because we get asked SO often what's the difference. I hope this helps :cool:
