Just levels?

I'd really like to know if it's just the levels being reduced or are we losing items too?

I'm sure this is kind of a stupid question but it seems rather debatable because although they mentioned only levels, CBs seem to tend to end with full wipes and I'm just making sure it is or is not a full wipe rather than just a level wipe.

If anything this is just confirmation to me whether I'll just have to re-work or will I have to re-buy/sell stuff all over again, which is an entirely different level of work (for fun xD).

I, I sincerely hope I can keep my wings and other expirable items, maybe for permanent even, because they are quite handy and I feel lucky to have them at least for the day I have, longer would make me happier. xD

I'm sure everyone feels that way in something or another.
