How much do lvl 55 blues sell if they are fail. Can anyone tell me please its really confusing but i heard once that its 450s for any fail blues

For blue , i set the cost at lvlx10 in silver. thats a base.
if it just has a fail stat, minus 25%

for good stats, skys the limit

I don't even sell fail stuff I just npc it no matter what it is (besides a HG of course lol).
