launcher error help please

i aplogize for the nbut my fiesta laucher is acting up (no im not too good with computers and am new to this game) but it says its applying the patch for hours and then i exit out and it said there is an error and to check the launcher log file and here is exactly what it says

IndexError: list index out of range

would anyone by any chance know what i should do thanks a lot if you could tell me;x srry for the problems i caused if any ;x

The issue with the launcher can be resolved by manually downloading and installing the patch. Please save to your desktop, and install it from your desktop. Here is a link that will help.
