So I really can not wait for the housing system to come out. It looks amazing, but there is just big issue that is still a puzzle for me:
Will we able to get a "house" without having to buy SC?

I would say it be best to have everything be able to be bought with fame, but have special items that are SC only.. just like everything else in the game.. like i said this is just MY opinion.. so id likes to make a vote AND get other people's ideas.

I agree.. I do respect that Fiesta is a free a game and they make their money off of the Cash Store, however some people are not able to buy SC and therefore.. miss out on some stuff.
But so far the SC items have been mainly for customization and HELPERS in the game.. but something as big as the housing system.. that has been highly anticipated by many players, should be made accessible by all players in the game, both SC buyers and non SC buyers. And I do agree with both money and fame, that would make sense.. although i would see how alot of the people in the game would just use that as a quick and easy way to make money, if the items were trade able.. just like how people sell alchemy stones. But i dont not know about that part, so far we have not heard that much about the housing system.

I really hope we dont have to pay sc for it! But this OS that we know we cant be sure what they are planing. Those greedy idiots i gotta say! But i hope it will be fame and money and that you can echange money to fame and fame to money.

But i also think that! It will be fame and money for the regular stuffs! And SC for the "cool" stuffs. But OS would just get hated even more !-^_:_^-!

Some part of the housing system will be SC, thats a fact. Its either the house itself or the furniture or maybe some other method. But it will be SC related. If it's not it would be weird to me (outspark pays a lot to get the housing system, and they dont want to earn the money back in some way? huh?!)

But this just came to me, will their be a level restriction? i mean the one furniture shop owner NPC is in uru, and that is a 60+ town, so would a requirment be that you must be at least lvl 60? Idk.. that only a GM can answer.
and cha! they have not released any recent news on when its coming out.. i was just waiting for at least and update.. but i kinda understand.. somthing this big looks insanely hard to do

yea so can i. you shouldn't have to spend 5g or 10g for a house. what about those who just start the game. they wont be able to get one for quite a while. if the house HAS to be paid for. then it should be as CHEAP as possible.

well remember, the Furniture npc is only available in Uruga which will be difficult to get to for lower levels unless someone of a higher level sells them in Roumen and Elderine Oo maybe they'll only be available at a certain level and above

true that Oo in some games with a housing feature, the furniture did leave a hole in my ingame wallet at a low level. It's not that they were expensive, it's just that you had to buy it in bits in pieces. buy a few things here and then eventually buy more when you get more money. so it might Oo unless they take the idea of buying it in exchange for fame which was brought up a while back. we'll have to wait and see ;)

As posted before I believe some items are gonna be purchased ingame and some others in the SC store (like the furniture repair kit perhaps). This is just a way to do something different than grinding or questing, such as hanging with your friends and guildies (yay bye bye to spammers).

But the real use of this system is that it comes with a teleporting system which allows users to teleport to any desired map. Don't know if this version is comming with such teleporting system, and if it does if it is gonna cost golds or sparkcash to use.

I wouldn't mind if the house was 5g or 10g. I would like to work hard and earn it. When you finally have the money you will feel great I guess. Those who started will work hard to get a house. When they learn to work hard for something...it will help them later on as they level up. Well, that's just me. If not money, how about just fame? It is useless to some players and have 50,000 fame on each of their characters. Usually fame gives you things I guess and would be good to use some fame... Also, I want furniture and other things to be SC bought, you know the add-ons to the house. It would make sence I guess...

i was thinking ud get different lv houses...theyd come with ur normal houses (red, blue, cream? i dun wanna say white cuz tht makes me feel like a noob...but i guess forgetting the name already nooby enough as it is) and the premmy houses u get from the shop would act as something that covers ur normal house and adds more customization options (like costumes and ur ugly lvl armor). the furniture would b split up between fame, in game money and sc. and maybe the higher lv ur house is, ull get better custumization options. Duh? :P just my opinion.

Didn't read all the posts, but according to something Silky said before, the ESTATE system, not housing system, will be free and available to all players. There will be some stuff in the SC shop, but that is to be expected, as there are players more than willing to pay for individual expression and uniqueness.

If you read the stuff on it in fiestaonline.net you would know that at least the original version it is a skill, and therefore likely learnable at lvl1, and will work with any level house. The site also says that everything will be purchased with fame. None with money, whether real or fake.

However, I am sure OS will add some SC items because people will buy them. I care only for the telports.

Btw, 5g or 10g for this skill is ridiculous. It should be available to all players. Not all players are capable of making such moneys.

hopefully the basic house and teleport system will b available ig either gold or fame idm, im sure some of the better items furniture/mini games im guessing will b cs i just hope furniture repair is available ig otherwise this could eat a serious hole in my sc budget and i probably wouldnt bother with furniture ^^

as to price and lvl i dont think every lvl1 noob should have instant access to the whole system i would like to see it as something u have to work hard for something to aim for look forward to..... doing all ur quests at what lvl do u get 50k fame? but if it is fame and non transferable that would kinda suck for the high lvls who have very few quests and have used their fame on production

Well keep in mind also that its realy Onson who decides what to add in game and what to not. Meanin gif they dont add the "You can have a house" buy options in game, then its gonna have to be a sc item. Its at Onson's choice. If they want to add it as a built in game feature, or a buyable addon. Even if its permenant or not (because they have to develop a permenant version, :P).

Personally, I wouldnt mind paying say, a 1 time only sc allocation for a sort of "Lot fee" so I can get a house. Then I wouldnt mind at all if some of the items (say better ones) were buyable with sparkcash, but I would prefer at least some (maybe a basic set or something) available in game using either money, fame, or a combination of both, with also maybe a level limit on some items (preferably again, higher lvl getting slightly better items just lik ehigher level gets better gears).

Im not saying give poo to lower lvls and stuff but generally follow the already set trend, that the higher lvl you are, the better items you get, and using sc should make things easier/faster in a sense.

Btw I think you should have added another option to the poll such as "Starting sc cost and some sc items, but basic for money/fame" D: cus thts wha ti think. I wouldnt mind say, paying sc for lot/housing fee, and say a fee for XXX users can enter at 1 time, but most furnature and items bought in game perferably.

You see.. what the hilarious thing about this is that in the Korean version the house is quest, and no purchase needed. I would like it to be just like the lvl 20 & 60 skills, you can either do the quest or buy with fame to get the skill, i would see the housing system doing that.. however i do think a level requirement would be good. Lvl 40 would be the best/lowest lvl for it because at 40 most people leave the noob stage and could handle doing the housing quest/fame buy on their own.
