I bet that some ppl might quit this game for that.. lol
It would be great if no one charmed up or scrolled up or even teamed up with some1 else..

Teaming isn't a perfect strategy though and can be countered...remember when you get the hammer you're usually better off with no allies, if you do you wont get as many kills as someone who has none and can just spam kill everyone [provided you avoid stuns and stay alive].

If you find a big team is causing you to die more than kill, you're not going to win on the pvp side but the hammer can be your advantage- stay dead until the chests spawn then go for them. Your deaths will stay fairly low that way, and your chance of getting the hammer still high.

If that doesn't work, well yea you're screwed.

My archer IS quite squishy, but I can still manage to survive. But every time I see people teaming they're always sc hoars charmed up and all, so yeah :l

I came from Solstice (I also play Fiesta though, btw) which in the game's pvp, have a lot of teaming/ganging. There, it's normal, hardly anyone complains about it, and when they do, they ask their friends to come avenge them, lmao.

PvP KQ has no sign/rule saying we're not allowed to team. If we weren't allowed to team, this KQ would just be one big duel between 2 players. That'd be a little boring now.. won't it?

Personally I'm okay with it. I team people, they team me back. Cept I don't whine about it like them and be all like, "-inserts a lot of bad words here- she sucks! she was teaming with -insert name(s) here-! -inserts more bad words-." >_>;

Teamers team because they know by themselves they would jsut lay down and not try from how fast they die. And as Ecl said, teamers can still lose (: most fun pvp kq, 53-0 on my fighter in lvl 60-69 pvp kq, teamers just whined and whined, but end build+hammer = not my problem ;)

how about a one on one pvp kq all players in a circle and the fight in the middle.
would be soo cool !!!! ok big circle would be needed just to make it fair for archers.
and there would be 2 ways to win kill ur oponent or do more dmg than him in a umm time limit ya.
for cleris there would have to be a other rule lol they just have to stay alive lol.
but think about it it would be fun.

Sick of being horribly outnumbered, the beefier godlike figure makes pacts with some of the other members, and thus a team is born.

It happens every time. You can't stop it from happening, it's human nature.
So stop complaining that you're getting teamed, and get yourself a bigger beefier team than they have.

How about we see pvp kq as players' survival of the fittest. If there is one beefy guy killing everyone(if its truly free for all), wouldnt people gang him in order for them to survive? Yes betraying may occur but when its free for all it shouldnt be considered betraying when its not being in a party.

Now its not truly free for all therefore its inevitable for people to gang up and kill someone in pvp kq. its just whether you take it seriously or not. however, if you get mad for no reason you should be prepared since you should've joined the kq knowing that it wont be lovey dovey. Anyways, i myself dont like teaming and if i get killed i will go after that person. if other people are aiming for the same guy as well, i wouldnt say i was teaming. I just simply had the same target. The best solution in my opinion is to either sit and kill whoever (dont have to kill friends if you dont want) but dont kill someone just cause your friend is getting killed or is asking for help. but whatever. honestly life isnt fair so deal with it :]
