Umm, cograts and all, but *points at list* (o.o) didn't at least one of those people win last time too? Can't there be a rule or something about how many times a person can win or something? >.< not to say that they don't deserve some props for all the good they do in the game, but what about the other people who do much of the same?

*sigh* I just find it to be a bit cryonistic if the same people get elected each and every time......>< cause this list looks almost identical to last years

Just so you know. I was one of these "heroes". And none of the above were part in it. In fact, None of the previous heroes (except myself) even play Solstice anymore. So yea o_o; And just to add, The previous heroes didn't get any kind of "prize" except recognition during the event. So yep. Hope that clears it up some. :rolleyes:

Just thought it was weird.......*looks in bottom of coffeecup for suspicous grains*......and with the current pecking-order in the map-fights.....I wouldn't have been surprised if what I said before was the case.

I don't know where you're getting your information. But the people who were Heroes of Xen the last time it was held (which was in 2008, like Anime pointed out..) are not any of the chosen above. The people who were in HoX are: Fireslinger, Amnbia, Toru01, VampMelody and Myself. Those in the 2008 HoX event did not get any prize at all, except recognition as I stated. But this time around in the HoX, A "prize" of some sorts is being awarded.

The thing you're probably remembering is when another GM announced the people who were selected by vote. And the thread for those who "won", Got announced twice in two separated threads. The first a few months ago when voting ended. Just recently, the 2nd thread was announced by GM_Phibes to revive the HoX event is all.

Yosh is gonna try to make it to my knowledge. Hoopy I've been seein around a bit, and I know Kierce Aggy and I are still poofin around on alts. Though I totally agree, haste wasn't the word here xD. Still, should be fun reguardless, and It sounds like they really got a good hold on what's going to be going on during the event, so high hopes :cool:
