25 Spr and rest end.

im a fighter and i would say 1 end 1 str 1 end 1 str ....... so on and so forth every other one switch it works great

Str is a worthless stat.

and if i should put +25 then rest end, in which order should i do so spr,end,spr,end until spr is +25 then just end or what?

I'd go 10 End 10 Spr.

5 Str gives you +6 Damage which is Mediocre, you'll do much more damage with Spr and if you have Str also, you'll have less Hp and Def to tank.
