Login Troubles

i ve installed the game several times, got the patch 1.2.70 and 1.5.80
installed em alone and together but didn`t change anything
this is the error:

the launcher status bar tells: checking for updates to launcher...
but nothing happens

got the game 3days ago and never managed to login :(

The issue with the launcher can be resolved by manually downloading and installing the patch. Please save to your desktop, and install it from your desktop. Here is a link that will help.

hmm me did this download already and installed the file ...
the error is still there ... and the customer support, well me only found a little database with some faqs but nothing usefull

help still needed... don´t even know why me is still trying
