it wont let me play

my game takes me to the select a character screen then i click create character and it says that there was an error and asks if i want to send error report

can someone help right now im downloading a better graphics card in case thats the reason

Closed beta is over. I think they've disconnected the servers until they reopen for open beta.

Don't quote me on this but I am hoping in the next few weeks they will reopen for Open Beta. But they should post something on the website when they plan on having Open Beta so no worries, just have to be patient.

Yeah closed beta ends today, it's not your graphics card that has the problem..
