I just bought items from the Fiesta Store, Cant find them

Alrighty, Someone in-game told me they are in the last "present box" in your inventory, But in my account they are not there, Someone please help:(

Found the issues, Allright now i need some GM help. I accidently ordered them on the wrong SparkID, I use a different ID for my in-game character and a different one for the fourms, I accidently ordered them for the forums id which has no accounts on it, So can a GM please help me out here, I haven't use Any of those items i just ordered them a few mins ago:(

GMs do not have anything to do with this. You can try to send a ticket to a CSR (on the FAQ section under support). I don't know if they will be able to help, but you can try. tell them what happened, they may get back to you. Unfortunately, the respons mey very well be that they cannot change the account the items are in.

What?! You have got to be kidding me, Very disappointed with how this works. If i buy something using real money i should be able to trade it between two accounts, Sell it or do whatever i want with it, So far i liked this game alot but this can be a HUGEE deciding factor, I mean c'mon that shows me that the game only concern is to take your money but after that happens they don't really care because they can't be hassled to work on giving the players more options. Very disappointed.

now i,m trying to gift some items to my other account and it says cannot find specified sparkID, But i can log on and play the game with that spark id, this is amazing.

I,m sorry, maybe i missed this but when i purchased the items it did not say anywhere that they are bound to one account and they cannot be traded. Unless of-course my mom forgot to tell me that when i was born that that's how Fiesta store works. Damn her!

Did you do the lvl 20 jobchange? I had to the promotion at 20 first, then i was able to gift.

How long is a long time ago? There is a time lag between you hitting level 20 and doing the first job change quest and for it to register on the Fiesta forums when you show your characters in your forum public profile.

For example, My character may just hit level 90 right now, but it may take some time before the forums character level information gets updated to show my character is now level 90 instead of level 89.

I did the job change about 2 days ago on the level 25 account and the *account* i,m trying to send the gift from is level 1, hence the whole thing about buying SC on the wrong account. It was just an ID i made for the forums:(

Wow that really sucks. I.m not sure what harm would it do to have the option to trade sparkcash and and items bought from sparkcash. I hope they fix my problem and add these features unless ofcourse they are happy with the money they are making and don't want to make anymore
